Personal Data Processing Notice

This notice explains how VITA Kernel Research S.r.l. processes personal data in relation to the SyncID service.

1. Data controller

2. Data processed

We process identification and contact data, Telegram account identifiers where needed for delivery, navigation data, support messages, payment transaction identifiers and birth coordinates (date, time and place) required to generate the SyncID.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to provide SyncID, generate the synchronic profile, manage payments, deliver transactional communications and support users. The legal bases are contract performance, explicit consent where required, legal obligations and legitimate interest for service security.

4. Retention and processors

Data is retained for the time needed to provide the service and meet accounting or legal obligations. Selected providers, including Revolut, Brevo, Cloudflare and the Onda Protocol provider, process data only where necessary for the service.

5. Rights

You may exercise GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and consent withdrawal by contacting info@vitaworld.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
