Terms of Service for the SyncID service

These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of the SyncID service offered by VITA Kernel Research S.r.l. Purchasing the service implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Service definition

1. SyncID is a personal synchronic profile generated from the birth space-time data provided by the user.
2. SyncID is sold as a one-time digital product.
3. The service price is €69.00, VAT included.

3. Delivery and withdrawal

SyncID is digital and no physical goods are shipped. Generation starts after checkout and delivery is immediate after successful payment. Because execution starts immediately with express consent, withdrawal is excluded for this digital content under applicable Italian consumer law.

4. Intellectual property and liability

All intellectual property related to the service, the Onda Protocol, VITA Kernel Sync and VUOF format remains owned by VITA Kernel Research S.r.l. The service is for self-knowledge, exploration and decision support; it is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Naples has exclusive jurisdiction where legally permitted.
