The SyncID service supplies personalized digital content on a non-material medium.

Express consent to immediate execution

By selecting the dedicated checkbox during checkout and completing payment, you:

1. request immediate execution of the contract;
2. authorize VITA Kernel Research S.r.l. to start generating the digital content immediately;
3. expressly acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once service execution has started.

Legal reference

Under art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, withdrawal is excluded for digital content supplied on a non-material medium when execution has begun with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of withdrawal rights.
